Report an app problem
Email michaelgayed@leadlagmedia.com with the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, the steps you took and any error wording. Use fictional data in screenshots. Never send passwords, codes, identity documents, account numbers or case evidence.

Common questions
Why can't I share an export yet?
Review the exact text preview, select only the optional material you want included, then enable the review confirmation. Changing the selected contents resets confirmation. Sharing is deliberately disabled until that check is complete.
A file will not import or export.
Check that the file is an image, PDF or text file, is fully downloaded from its provider, and is no larger than 20 MB. Keep the original outside the app. If an export cannot find a selected original, it fails rather than silently delivering an incomplete packet.
How do I restore Plus?
When the app and Plus are released, use Restore Purchases in Settings with the Apple Account used for purchase. A pending or failed transaction does not grant Plus. The free first case and urgent guidance do not require purchase.
Can you recover my deleted case?
No. Cases are local and excluded from device backups. Deleting the app or losing the device can lose them permanently. Export and securely retain important records before removing the app. Copies already shared must be managed with their recipients.
How do I report a privacy or security issue?
Email the publisher with a concise description and fictional reproduction steps. Do not send live case data or credentials. See the privacy policy for data-access and deletion requests.
