License and availability

The native app is currently pre-release and is not yet publicly downloadable. When distributed through Apple, its license is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, unless an applicable product listing explicitly specifies another agreement. This page explains the product's intended use and does not limit mandatory consumer rights or replace Apple's terms.

No advice, filing or outcome guarantee

Information is general US educational material for adults, not individualized legal, financial or professional advice. The app does not determine eligibility for reimbursement, calculate legal deadlines, investigate a person, verify evidence or file a claim. It is not an emergency service.

Contact the relevant institution through a verified channel promptly and obtain qualified professional advice when needed. Laws, procedures and institution policies change. A completed checklist does not mean funds were recovered; an evidence digest identifies stored bytes, not authenticity or legal admissibility. No recovery, approval or particular outcome is promised.

Your records and sharing

You retain your rights in your records. Save and share only information you are authorized to use, describe events accurately, and do not use the app to harass, impersonate others, fabricate evidence or publish private information without authorization.

You choose export contents and recipients. Originals may contain sensitive metadata and are not automatically redacted. Keep separate, secure copies of important records: local case files are excluded from backups, and lost-device or app-removal data may be unrecoverable.

Free tools and optional Plus

The planned release includes a free first case and optional one-time Plus purchase for multiple cases. There is no ScamFolio recovery fee or auto-renewing subscription. Final price, currency and availability appear in Apple's purchase sheet before purchase; the website does not collect payment.

Purchases and refunds are handled under Apple's applicable terms and local law. Restore a supported purchase with the Apple Account used to buy it. Refunded or revoked purchases may remove the entitlement to create additional cases; existing records are not held hostage behind a repurchase requirement.

Third-party services and limitations

Linked institutions, government resources, Apple and sharing destinations operate independently. ScamFolio is not endorsed by those organizations. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the software and information are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Applicable warranty, liability and consumer remedies remain subject to the Apple license and mandatory law.

Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not claim that this page, a company registration or a disclaimer eliminates legal responsibility.
